He is an alumnus of the IIM Calcutta CFO Program, Graduate in Finance & Hotel Management having undergone advance leadership developmental programs from internationally acclaimed agencies/institutions such as from Centre for Creative Learning (CCL), Coach in a Box, and other leadership transformation courses. He has led transformation, growth and renewal across global corporations and emerging markets.

Over three decades across regions and countries, he has guided boards, founders, and executives to align purpose, people, and performance — helping them see differently, act decisively, and build with integrity.
